What are your Payment Terms?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover. Orders are accepted through our online form that is available after logging in to our secure site. We will then process your credit card information that can be called in on your first order.

Can I use your images on our website?
Yes! You are free to use any product pictures and descriptions you see at yardcandy.com for the purpose of promoting our products within your online store.

Do you offer Credit Terms?
We do not offer credit terms for drop ship orders. For quantity purchases please contact us at (610) 998-9510 to discuss credit options.

Do you Drop Ship?
Yard Candy will drop ship directly to your customers. Fill out our online application to gain access to our online wholesale order form. Type in your customer's ship-to information, select the item they purchased from you, and submit the order. We will promptly ship the order to your customer. You will be charged at the time the order ships.

Is there a Shipping Charge?
Actual shipping charges using the best determined method from Wayne, PA to final destination will be added to the customer's total. Drop ship orders are shipped UPS Ground unless requested otherwise.

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within one or two business days under normal conditions. We cannot take responsibility for delivery delays caused by entry of wrong information.

What is your Return Policy?
You may return items within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be sent freight prepaid. Returned items must be in new condition in the original packaging. Returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Yard Candy wholesale sales are tax exempt. Dealers must provide a tax exempt number.

How do I handle damaged items?
Contact us immediately at (610) 998-9510. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 10 days of delivery. For drop ship orders your customer is to keep the original packaging and merchandise until claim is resolved. Pieces that arrived in damaged condition will be replaced at no cost to the wholesale customer.
