Tulips are easy to grow and there are many colors to choose from with more variations becoming available each year. Plant early growing varieties along with late blooming. You can even choose from short and tall stems.

Tulips are typically planted in the Fall in climates that have a cold season for several months. The tulip plants will begin to appear in the Spring with colorful flowers appearing several weeks later. Most tulips are perennializing and some even naturalizing. Perennializing bulbs will return several years in a row. Naturalizing bulbs will reproduce and come back every year.
